Features

Rail-mounted container gantry crane consisted of gantry frame, hoisting mechanism, trolley traveling mechanism, crane traveling mechanism, as well as cable reel (supply system), trolley power supply system and other components. The overall crane is double girder gantry frame structure, single trolley hoist structure type, can adopt movable cabin. The crane equipped with special container spreader, anchoring device, wind cable device, lightning protection device, anemometers and other accessories.
Equipped with special container spreader, can lift international ISO standard containers.

Gantry Frame
Gantry frame is the main body of the crane. Gantry frame is in the form of double-beam and double-track, consists of main beam, legs, end beams, walkway, railings, ladders and other ancillary metal structures.
Driver’s Cabin
Cabin is the workplace that crane operator to drive the crane, use closed type, tempered glass (insulation type) cabin.
Cabin structure welded from shape steel and steel plate, using insulated rubber floor. Inner and outer sides of the glass can be safely and easily wiped, all the windows can be dismantled in the cabin.
In the cabin, set with comfortable, adjustable height position and rotation direction comfortable seating. In the cabin also set alarms to ensure safe operation. Instrument panel mounted in the proper position in front of the driver. Instrument should include: anemometer, weight display and others.
Crane traveling mechanism
Crane traveling mechanism consists of active and passive wheel set (composed of inverter motor, reducer, brakes, and couplings), multi balance beams and other components.
Hoisting Mechanism
Hoisting mechanism is in the running trolley, which consists of two symmetrical institutions. Inverter motor connected with dedicated lifting reducer through high-frequency coupling of each institution. Brake is normally closed electro-hydraulic, brake smooth, safe and reliable.
Trolley traveling mechanism
Trolley traveling composed of two sets of the same drive mechanism. Each mechanism composed of inverter motor, coupling, brakes, dedicated lifting reducer and wheel sets.
Spreader
Spreader model determined in accordance with the lifting container, it can be divided into fixed type, modular type, letter type and telescopic (rotary) type according to its structural characteristics. Spreader structural forms are easy to replace.
Safety protection device
In addition to the crane common safety protection device, rail-mounted container gantry crane also set with: rail clamp, anchorage devices, anti-typhoon fixtures and other safety devices.
Electrical part
Electrical system consists of inverter and PLC control operation. All electrical equipment and components take dust-proof, corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant measures.
