Recently, Weihua Company successfully signed 100 tons rubber-tyred gantry crane order exports to Australia, which is our company design and manufacture of large-tonnage rubber-tyred gantry crane sold abroad after the 300 tons yacht handling crane exported to Iran.
The rubber-tyred gantry crane used for large components handling and short distance transportation, rated lifting capacity of 100t, can run in the hardened cement concrete pavement or asphalt concrete pavement, no need special high load foundation, which reduce customer cost of infrastructure, with characteristics of high technical content, easy to operate, safe and reliable.
This crane traveling part adopt hydraulic drive, which can achieve 360-degree pivot turn, 90 degrees and 45 degrees oblique traveling, the whole crane adopt electro-hydraulic control mode, which with great design difficulty and can achieve multi-point synchronous lifting. In reference 300t hydraulic and control basis, the crane will be conducted by our company independent development, independent design of hydraulic system and control system, the assembly and commissioning of hydraulic lines completed by Weihua internal team.
To ensure the smooth progress of this project, the company set up project team which consists of the deputy general manager, deputy chief engineer and other core staff members of Weihua crane, responsible for developing and implementing the project plan, develop appropriate solutions for design, technology, production and other project difficulties and critical points, the project team held meetings weekly to solve problems during the project running, to ensure the successful completion of the project as planned.
