After two hours of continuous load test, localization drive unit temperature raise, noise and brake slipped amount, etc. such key indicators reached M5 working-level performance requirements, and better than the national standard. The noise measured 58 db, lower than the national standard 85 db, the braking distance measured 8.9mm which is less than the national standard 50mm.
Since the production of Weihua ND-type European standard electric hoist has been widely recognized by the market with its excellent performance, the company sales have increased significantly year after year. Before, the company totally relied on import the core part of hoisting reducer, which with high cost. To this end, in July 2014, Weihua set up a special team, through unremitting efforts, they finally complete the localization project, which is a total of six models, the other five models of localization drive unit will also carried out performance testing late in December.
This test verifies overall performance and assembly technique of Weihua independent reducer machining, to provide a solid backing for promoting ND electric hoist market further and a strong guarantee for the continued implementation of our product differentiation strategy.
