Weihua Cranes and China MCC5 Group signed with Formosa Plastics in Vietnam Ha Tinh steel mill project, which includes a total of 83 sets of lifting equipment.

China MCC5 Group is general contracting, steel and manufacturing, real estate development, investment and equipment integrated enterprise. Weihua Cranes and China MCC5 Group in cooperation with the Formosa Plastics Group, which will make Weihua Cranes to Taiwan further.
As the project was very strict with paint, after signing the contract, Weihua Cranes set up a specialized project team. In accordance with the requirements of the technical agreement, Weihua Cranes sales department, production department, QC department, technology department and other departments held a coordination meeting, closely deploy each process work and training the painting workers.
In technology, this project design with European crane design concept and solution, experienced team concentrating on the design. After receiving the design task, they carefully and close communicate with customers, laid the foundation for the successful completion of this project.
In the procurement, due to the longer procurement cycle of ABB motor, which cannot meet delivery requirement, procurement centers first time consultation delivery period with the supporting manufactures, and finally in the shortest time to complete the purchase of spare parts.
In the technic process, from cutting, steel pretreatment to painting, every step of the production of strict tooling process.
In production, every production processes have been strict to control. Especially painting, due to low temperature winter, increasing the difficulty of painting, and the paint used on these cranes with high demand on temperature. In order to ensure the appearance quality, painting workers did not neglect to ensure cranes painting quality.
