Foundry Crane technical specification including: lifting capacity, lifting height, span, mechanism operating speed, working class, foundry crane total weight and wheel load.
1. Foundry crane lifting capacity: maximum allowable lifting weight during crane normal work. Weihua Cranes large-tonnage foundry crane lifting can be more than 320 tons.
2. Foundry crane lifting height: distance between spreader upper limit position and lower limit position.
3. Span: the distance between the wheel vertical centerline at both sides of the crane. 
4. Foundry crane each mechanism operating speed
(1) Foundry crane lifting speed: it is the extract device full loaded lifting speed when lifting mechanism motor at rated speed.
(2) Foundry crane long traveling speed: it is the crane traveling speed when crane traveling mechanism motor at rated speed.
(3) Foundry crane trolley traveling speed: it trolley traveling speed when the trolley traveling mechanism motor at rated speed.
5. Working class: Indicators of the whole crane lifting full load level and lifting numbers degree, Foundry crane working class not less than M7 (A7).
6. Wheel load: the maximum vertical pressure that trolley weight and rated weight function on the crane traveling wheels, when gantry frame weight and trolley are in extreme position.
7. Foundry crane gantry spreader
Main hook is the gantry (gantry type) spreader with two board hooks. Main hook is used for lifting liquid steel ladle or liquid iron container. Aux. hook is forging hook or board hook, for pouring molten steel, molten iron or other object lifting.
8. Foundry crane traveling mechanism
Both use four corners driving, four drive systems are arranged and mounted symmetrically on the four corners of the bridge. Gears, motors and brakes, etc. of the drive system are both installed in the closed main girder, to meet casting crane operation requirements of high temperature, high dust and related harsh working environments.
9. Foundry crane driver’s cabin
Set with insulation plate under it, adopt closed thermal insulation type, tempered glass, adjustable and comfortable seat, with good vision, installing heating and air conditioning.
10. Foundry crane electrical system
High automation degree of electrical system, electrical room with closed thermal insulation.
Adopt industrial chillers for cooling, to ensure the indoor temperature is not higher than 35 ℃, non-conductive rubber floor should be laid on the walkway.
