Metallurgical Crane Specification

Metallurgical Crane is the special lifting equipment for lifting molten metal (or non-metallic materials), heat metal and other metallurgical purposes after improved configuration on the basis of double girder overhead crane. With leading self-developed anti-sway and automatic positioning technology, to achieve fully automated of metallurgical feeding process.
Metallurgical Crane technical specification including: lifting capacity, lifting height, span, mechanism operating speed, working class, metallurgical crane total weight and wheel load.
1. Metallurgical crane lifting capacity: maximum allowable lifting weight during crane normal work. Weihua Cranes metallurgical crane rated lifting capacity less than 75t.
2. Metallurgical crane lifting height: distance between spreader upper limit position and lower limit position.
3. Span: the distance between the wheel vertical centerline at both sides of the crane. 
4. Metallurgical crane each mechanism operating speed
(1) Metallurgical crane lifting speed: it is the extract device full loaded lifting speed when lifting mechanism motor at rated speed.
(2) Metallurgical crane traveling speed: it is the crane traveling speed when crane traveling mechanism motor at rated speed.
(3) Metallurgical crane trolley traveling speed: it trolley traveling speed when the trolley traveling mechanism motor at rated speed.
5. Working class: Indicators of the whole crane lifting full load level and lifting numbers degree, Metallurgical crane working class not less than M7 (A7).
6. Wheel load: the maximum vertical pressure that trolley weight and rated weight function on the crane traveling wheels, when gantry frame weight and trolley are in extreme position.
7. Safety factor of electrical components, protection level are in line with the basic requirements of Foundry Crane.
