Notice for use crane

Safety rules must be followed
Crane can be operated by the professionals.
Tonnage plate must be mounted on marked place.
The name plate shall be on one side of crane that contains capacity, span, working duty, manufacturer sign plate.
There is not allowed anyone standing on bridge or rail when crane is working.
Cut power when check or maintaining.
When crane is operated with no load, hook must rise to over the height of a person.
The lowest point of load shall be higher than the highest point of obstacles 0.5m.
Prohibit tossing from crane
Loads are not allowed to cross people.
People transportation on hook is not allowed.
When lifting expensive load or noxious liquid, no matter how heavy it is, only after check reliability on the position that above ground 150-200mm can continually keep lifting.
Combustibles are not allowed to be positioned on crane.
Wind-force is more than class 6, stop using crane.

Tools, spare parts and other parts are not allowed to be placed on the bridge or trolley, to avoid dropping hurts or damage equipment.
Check the surface of wire rope and its fixed parts each shift, detailed inspection should be made once every 7~10 days.
Crane should be made safety technical check in every 1 year.
 
Electrical components examine and repair regulations
Maintenance of electric equipment has to be performed by professionals.
If conductive part, enclosure or protective cover don’t complete, crane isn’t allowed to use.
Use voltage no more than 36V portable searchlight when doing maintenance.
Cut power when check or maintaining.
All conductive parts should be ground connection.
 

Duties of driver
Be familiar with purpose, components, operation and maintenance of crane.
Strictly follow safety regulations
Before operation should do:
Know power supply situation
Give lubrication to every points of crane as schedule time.
All controller handles should be placed at 0 position, and close doors before power is on.
Give alarm every time before crane start up.
Lifting load shall not more than rated load.
Driver should cooperate with worker on ground closely, keep step with closely. Handle loads on ground; driver should just follow workers who handle loads on hook. But no matter who gives the signal of “stop”, driver should stop immediately.
Prohibit dragging heavy object by crane or trolley.
Crane and trolley should use the lowest speed when they are near edge area, gradually closer to limit position under the condition that they not dash collision-proof frame.
Crane controllers shall be on one by one, when mechanism is not totally stop, push controllers from veer location to reverse position for braking crane is not allowed. But for EM condition, this can be used for emergency method, and only after check there is no damage for all mechanism shall the crane continues work after controller is on reverse position first gear.
Rail clamp should be placed at out-of-service condition when no one or no operation.
Power must be turn off, all controlled should be placed at 0 position when reduction of voltage or power blackouts.
During the blackout, if hook is lifting heavy object, prohibit person walking under the hook.
When crane stop work, lift hook to the limit position and put controller to the 0 position, disconnect the main power and lock it.
Clean crane and check it on schedule, if finding any faults on duty, must write down, and tell department concerned and hand-over driver.
